    • Non‑delivery due to Partner’s fault.

  2. Claim Process

    • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery via in‑app chat or support@bellyfill.com.

    • Provide your Order ID, photographs of the issue, and a brief description.

  3. Resolution

    • Eligible claims will be reviewed within 2 business days.

    • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  4. Non‑Eligibility

    • Customer error (e.g., wrong address, order placed incorrectly).

    • Items consumed or used.
