By accessing or using the Bellyfill mobile app and related services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
User: Any individual or entity that downloads, registers, or uses the Services.
Order: A request placed by a User via the App for food or grocery delivery.
Partner: Third‑party restaurants, grocery stores, and delivery agents engaged by Bellyfill.
Users must provide accurate and up‑to‑date personal information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
All Orders are subject to availability and acceptance by our Partners.
Prices displayed in the App are subject to change until checkout.
Payments can be made via permitted methods (credit/debit card, UPI, mobile wallets).
You authorize us to charge amounts due for all Orders placed.
Delivery fees, surge pricing, and taxes may apply and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Special instructions (e.g., contactless drop‑off) may incur additional charges.
Users may cancel Orders prior to dispatch according to our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed per our Refund Policy.
All content, branding, and technology used in the Services are owned by or licensed to Bellyfill.
Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any proprietary materials without our express consent.
You agree not to misuse the Services (e.g., fraudulent orders, harassment of delivery partners).
Bellyfill reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
We provide Services on an "as‑is" basis without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellyfill’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the value of the affected Order.
You agree to indemnify and hold Bellyfill harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Bellyfill may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
